It is advisable to always send the files in JPG, although in exceptional cases we can also manage them in TIFF. The REQUIRED resolution is 254DPI (pixel per inch) and the file must be at the requested size. The colour profile used for printing your images will be the one provided by the professional, we do not change or touch their profiles.

It is very important to keep in mind that when bevelling our products, the file will always have a few millimetres cut off, therefore it is advisable to take care of details such as signatures, hands, feet, and heads, for example, and leave a 1cm space between the edge of the photograph and these.

All our frames can be cleaned with a cloth and glass cleaner and/or alcohol at 96· in case of more complicated stains such as grease, marker, or nicotine for example. NEVER use solvent.

All the materials used are of the first brands which guarantee a long duration in time, but this will also depend on the use given to its framing, direct exposure to the sun, sources of heat, sudden changes in temperature or humidity may shorten the life of your Laminamarc.

You can make payments by debit or credit card or by bank transfer (the order will not be processed until said transfer is received).

Check your order in the presence of the delivery person and notify it on the carrier's delivery note if you notice any damage. Then contact our customer service so that you can immediately request a solution. Please note that we will need photos of the packaging and any damage to the product. Keep the original packaging until the problem is resolved.
